Weekly Themes
Each week brings a new theme — science, art, sports, world cultures, nature, and more — to keep things fresh.
Summer · Ages 5 – 12
The week school ends, two questions land in every working parent's head: where will my kids be, and will they actually have fun? Our summer camp answers both — a full day of structured activities, friends, and outdoor play in a setting parents already know and trust.
Why Families Choose Our Summer Camp
Our summer camp is built for working families who need full-day coverage but also want their child to actually enjoy summer. We run weekly themes that keep the days fresh, mix structured activities with free play, and balance outdoor time with quieter indoor activities for the hot afternoons.
Camp runs Monday through Friday, with the same dependable hours as our school-year programs (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM). Many of our summer campers are children who attend Marietta Academy during the school year, but camp is also open to school-age children new to our community.
What a Camp Day Looks Like
Each week brings a new theme — science, art, sports, world cultures, nature, and more — to keep things fresh.
Selected weekly field trips and special on-site activities. Specifics shared on the summer calendar each spring.
Daily outdoor time before the afternoon heat — running, games, group activities.
Hands-on projects every week. Real materials, real creations to bring home.
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks served daily — same as our school-year program.
English and Spanish-speaking staff throughout camp.
Sibling Care & Working Parents
If you have an infant, toddler, or preschooler in our regular program, summer camp lets your older child be at the same school as their siblings — one drop-off, one pickup, one set of staff who knows your family. Call (770) 435-3443 or schedule a tour to confirm summer camp openings and the current weekly calendar.
